Our staff sterilizes dental handpieces between each patient and maintains ongoing biological monitoring of equipment to ensure complete sterilization. About the Doctor Dr. Bradley W. Bartel is a General Dentist. He is a 1979 graduate of the University of Minnesota Dental School. He has lived and practiced in Winter Haven since 1980. Our Commitment to Your Health Our goal is to help you attain the highest level of dental health possible. Our main emphasis is on the prevention of dental disease and retaining your permanent teeth. When patients follow a regular program of dental habits, proper nutrition, and regular professional dental care, they will experience fewer cavities, less gum disease and lower dental bills. Appointment Times We see all patients on an appointment basis and ask that you call in advance so that we may reserve time for you. We respect your time and make every effort to remain on schedule, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. A minimum of one business day is required to change a scheduled appointment. Since we do not double book appointments, we have time to contact other patients in need of services to fill the opening. Recare Visits We believe in the benefits of regular preventive care, and therefore, encourage all our patients to return for periodic recare visits. We will send you a written reminder when it is time for your next visit. A few days prior to your appointment, we will contact you to confirm your scheduled time and answer any questions you may have. At the time of your recare visits, please advise the receptionist of any changes in your overall health, any medication you are taking, marital status, address, telephone number, employment or insurance change. Emergency Care A dental emergency is an immediate concern. We recognize that emergency situations do arise and we will do everything in our power to respond to you as quickly as possible. Please be prepared to explain your symptoms when you call so that we may evaluate your situation immediately. Please call the office as early in the day as possible so that we can schedule a time to see you.
